This website was created specifically for you, our transcriptionists. It is our hope that you will find this a valuable resource whether you're new to us or one of our R1T veterans. Below you will find technical information, contact information, reminders, cheat sheets, and more!

Check back often since our MT Resource Website will always be a work in progress; we will update and add material as frequently as possible. As always, feel free to CONTACT US if you have problems or questions.

*** Please Note: *** Always include your name and MT# on all correspondence to R1T.  Also, if you are emailing a question about a specific job, include the Job Number and the name of the account.  DO NOT put a patient name or Medical Record Number in your emails.   

Please feel free to communicate with one specific QA editor if you have a preference, but in addition, if you are asking for a job to be reassigned or have another situation which needs to be addressed ASAP, please send an email to both the QA and OPS email addresses. This assures that someone will receive your message and help you quickly!

To join the board, click on the "Register" button.  Follow the instructions on the registration page.  You must register with the same exact email that R1T has on file for you, but you may select any user name you like.  A randomly generated password will be sent to the email you used for registration.  Once your registration has been approved by the board administrator, you will be able to log on and change the password to something you can easily remember.

The R1T message board was created to provide our valued transcriptionists with a sense of community and a forum for mutual support and assistance.  We ask that you use the Message Board in a manner which is courteous, respectful, and professional.

Although R1T does not and cannot review every message posted by you on the Message Board, and is not responsible for the content of these messages, R1T reserves the right to remove messages that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unacceptable. R1T reserves the right to cancel a user's account at its sole discretion.
